The Resolution Center of Jefferson & Lewis Counties has selected Jennifer Huttemann-Kall as Executive Director.  The selection follows a lengthy search process that included interviewing several candidates.  In choosing Ms. Huttemann-Kall, Board of Directors President Jack W. Miller stated, "The Search Committee had established specific criteria and Ms. Huttemann-Kall demonstrated she has the qualifications we were looking for.  It's truly a pleasure to have her as a member of our staff."

Ms. Huttemann-Kall brings to the Resolution Center considerable experience with over twenty five years in operations and financial management, commercial/personal lending, banking, economic development and entrepreneurship.  She is originally from Rochester but spent nine years in Pennsylvania before relocating here in 2002 to be near her family. She resides in Pamelia with her husband, Steve and three children, Alekzandra, Brynna and Hunter.  Ms. Huttemann-Kall is completeing her MBA with concentrations in Human Resources and International Business this fall on campus at Ganon University, Erie, PA.

The Resolution Center of Jefferson and Lewis Counties is the "umbrella" agency for the Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program, Youth Court of Jefferson County and Mediation.  CASA advocates serve as a critical voice for abused or neglected children, whose cases are resolved in New York's Family Courts.  Youth Court allows those who are arrested for minor offenses to appear before a "court" of their peers.  Those peers then determine what the "sentence" will be for that offense.  The Resolution Center also provides mediation services in an effort to resolve conflicts between two parties and prevent the matter from requiring a judge's ruling.  In her capacity as Executive Director,  Ms. Huttemann-Kall is already working closely with the directors of those programs to provide and expand services and outreach to residents of Jefferson and Lewis Counties.
